Last week I got to sit down with Frank Sonders, CEO of Salesforge, and honestly the session blew my mind. He walked through exactly how his team books over 500 demos every single month with just six sales people. And the secret sauce? A content and distribution machine that most companies dont even know is possible.
Most founders think you need a massive team to drive real pipeline. Frank proved thats not true. His approach is all about creating content at scale, building programmatic pages, and then converting that traffic really directly into calls and demos.
What Actually Works
1. They publish 200 articles per month across six websites
Half is AI generated top of funnel content. The other half is human written comparison posts and bottom funnel stuff. One person writes 30 comparison articles a month. An agency does 60 more. Theyre targeting competitor vs competitor keywords then positioning themselves inside those posts.
2. Programmatic SEO at massive scale This is where it gets wild. Frank said they have over 4 million pages live. Most of that comes from displaying their company and contact database as individual pages. They also built directories for sales tools, chrome extensions, templates, anything with structured data.
"YouTube is the number one most converting channel of the forge."
3. YouTube converts better than anything else
Even with just 3k subscribers Frank said YouTube drives their highest conversion rate. They publish 30 videos a month and turn webinars into content. Every view matters in B2B even if its not hundreds of thousands.
4. Convert traffic with live calls Heres something nobody talks about. Frank uses the Warmly live call widget on high intent pages like pricing and comparisons. His team gets over 200 calls per month from people browsing the site. The widget pings Slack when someones on a key page and reps can call them right there.
"How many calls are you generating from your traffic today? And if the answer is zero, youre missing out."
5. Deanonymize visitors and follow up fast They use RB2B visitor identification to see whos checking out their site. Then they either reach out on LinkedIn or enrich high value leads with mobile numbers and call them. Simple but effective. 6. Lead magnets constantly
Salesforge ships one to three new lead magnets every month. Things like email me the price or send me the full case study. Small friction captures that grab emails from high intent visitors. Frank builds these as monthly targets for his team.
7. LinkedIn is the main social driver Frank posts almost daily. But he also said commenting early on posts that will go viral drives massive reach. Way more than posting sometimes. He tracks signals using tools to see when people mention competitors or pain points then reaches out in real time with Clay workflows.
"Commenting sometimes makes a ton more sense than actually posting on LinkedIn because your comments can get a ton more reach than your post."
8. Monthly webinars that compound Frank does webinars every month and invites up to 1000 people per week per employee through LinkedIn events. Then he reinvites last months attendees to this months session. That builds a base of warm leads who keep coming back.
How to Actually Use This
The big themes here are pretty clear. Build content early because it compounds. Split it by purpose with AI handling simple top funnel and humans writing comparisons and high intent pages. Then convert aggressively with live calls, lead magnets, and deanonymization.
If youre running outbound use this inbound motion to warm people up first. Reply rates jump from under 1% to 2 to 4% when people already know you. And for attribution just add a where did you hear about us field. Frank sees his name and LinkedIn show up constantly.
Winners in 2026 are gonna be the teams that treat content like infrastructure not a nice to have.
